ServicePoint was started by Ann Meglio in 1994.  Ann was inspired by her mom, Matilda. 

 "My mom provided care for family  members when they needed help in their home.  Mom cared for her sister who had cancer, and she helped raise her three nieces." 

Matilda visited her Great Aunt Mary in a nursing home for over five years.  She monitored her care, very similar to the role of ServicePoint caregivers today.  ServicePoint has grown over the years, but understands that families come first!
