Dear Ann, I just wanted to thank you and the staff at Service Point for the terrific job you did with my mother. What truly impressed me was the level of compassion and empathy you had towards her. I appreciated all of the phone calls to constantly update me on my mother's condition. Even though this is your business and livelihood, the billable hours seemed to be secondary and not the primary factor in servicing my mom. I would be more than happy to refer your company to anyone needing your services. A special thanks go to Lisa for the last minute arrangements she made to have someone be at the hospital to sit with mother on May 5th while I was with Dad at St. Margaret's Hospital. I very much wanted to go on record by stating that the quality of the service provided by Focus Point for Family Caregivers has been an unsurpassed blessing in our experience. My brother and sister and I no longer live in the Pittsburgh area, making the ongoing care needs of my mother of critical importance to her family. That Focus Point has provided top quality care and service, from transporting to and reporting on doctor¢s visits, replenishing and overseeing medications and filling staffing requirements as necessary, has alleviated much of the concern that we would otherwise live with on a daily basis. Ann Meglio and her team have earned our trust and respect over the past three years that they have contributed to my mother¢s ongoing care and well being.
